HELP! I NEED URGENT FOR COLLEGE

Hello,
my college has set up a mini website for people to access work documents and power point presentation from the lesson .
I cant access a thing :(
everytime i want it to open it says save . I save it open up my computer to open and again it just comes up wioth a box saying SAVE AGAIN!
Anyone know the problem >?
