Vista o/s to XP o/s

Hello,

I am atempting to install windows XP on a HP 6735b series laptop with preinstalled vista. Each time I boot from the XP cd, it runs to just before windows startup. Than each time it just 'dumpes' and gives me a blue screen of death...

How can i completely uninstall Vista and install XP?

Hi there,

Simple things to do is to enter bios,disable sata/native mode ,save and exit.Then boot from xp installation cd and let process.
