Hello,

This is Safran,

i have prob with laptop hp paviliond v2000, my laptop is getiing stuck when I am away from the laptop after 10 minutes. also i cannot install any kind of anti virus to the machine, muy o/s is windows vista home premium

pls assist

Hi there,

Make a system restore and restore it to few days back when was working fine,follow instructions on link below from Faq or you can use your recovery cd and restore pc to factory default settings as new:

try to use Windows 7.
