No antivirus software is perfect. What do you have now.
I suggest we get rid of the virus first.
Please download and run Hyjackthis, request a scan and save log. Hyjackthis will log the processes on your system as well as the registry key susceptible of hiding virus activities.
Copy the log and post it here.
