Please tell me how to delete virus from my pc

Hi,
i have a problem with my antivirus software.well it didn't delete the virus. it is difficult for me to work on computer,its hang on .will u please suggest the best antivirus software for my pc. it is showing firmware detected.

No antivirus software is perfect. What do you have now.

I suggest we get rid of the virus first.

Please download and run Hyjackthis, request a scan and save log. Hyjackthis will log the processes on your system as well as the registry key susceptible of hiding virus activities.

Copy the log and post it here.
