Cable modem for second room

Hello,
i currently have time Warner cable internet and i have use a modem from them but i would like internet in my room so can i purchase a second modem for my room so i can use it on my xbox360 and my desktop thnkx john805

No. you buy a "router" that connects to the current modem. You can then connect multiple computers to the router. A wireless router might be your best bet. See this site for more info:
