Magic Jack Error 404

Hello,
I have a Magic Jack and this download the softphone in the screen of pc, but don´t work, into the softphone appears Error 404, please tell me what´s the answer.

FIXED! Chat live on magicjack.com website. They fix the problem on there end doing an update to your account profile settings.

They just tell you to unplug your magicjack...hold...then they will tell you when to plug it in to test it. WORKED for me!

Go to https://home-c20.incontact.com/incontact/chatclient/chatclient.aspx?poc=77c65290-f2e9-4238-b7fc-5925c598e6de&bu=4595963 them click "Get live help in Seconds". On the bottom click "click here". Click "search" without enter anything. Click "start chat I'm Online". Fill in the form and done, you can chat to someone online. You dont need more than your magicjack phone number.
