Hello,
For the last 2 days we cannot open the hot mail account, that is the sign in page where one enters the sign in name and the password does not appear or open at all after the green bar is completed at the lowere part of the page. Help needed.

Hi there,
Delete cookies,clear cache and also the history of browser and try again or you can also use another browser to access it.
