Obsolete phone; password reset frustration

Hello,

Phone # for verification is obsolete. Provided alternate email for code; obtained and password reset. BUT, when trying to login with new password, Microsoft still asking to send code to obsolete phone # to finalize login. Soooo frustrating. ( having to use gmail meanwhile)

Hi,

If you didn't enable the 2-factor authentication for your Outlook/Hotmail account, you can request help from Microsoft in order to recover your account.
