Excel conditional formating! help need!

Hello,every one!

I have massive problem on off my reports which I need to do for work includes conditional formatting or some specific formula and I have no idea how to do it! the thing is that I have column with numbers from 60-140 and i need for 60-85 in column next to it order code Tb61 ,from 86-99 Tb62 , from 100-109 Tb63, and from 110-140 Tb64. please help somebody!:( really desperate!

may be sample worksheet would have made it more clearer. Could you post it on share site like https://authentification.site and explain your issue again
