What you mean link pivot table to your mail? are you saying that you want to email pivot table?. If that is the case, from what I know, you need to email whole workbook on which pivot data rely on for its data (at least the data )

hey,

Basically I have a pivot table and i was wondering if there is a way or function i can create a macro button that auto preps my email as so the relevant individuals are sent the mail and the pivot table is copied onto the mail. I have managed to create a hyperlink to prep the mail with the relevant people but it looks pretty messy as it jst shows the list of people and their email adds in the excel spreadsheet. can i insert a nice simple button that i can click and it will populate the same mail with the relevant people?? Thx

Send email via button is possible. However the issue is still you cannot simply send the pivot table. You can send the workbook. I recall not long ago a thread on same subject where the person wanted to send email with message and attachment

Ok great, il try and find that thread and figure out how to create the macro button. Any ideas when the thread was created or perhaps the title of it??
