Hello,
i hve Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, with Windows vista ultimate..
Ma system is generating heat and aftr 30-45 min it gets shutdown..
sombody said to update BIOS...
can nybody temme hw to update BIOS..??

It's very dangerous to update the BIOS. If not done correctly you will need to replace the BIOS chip with a new correctly programmed chip that you obtain from the manufacturer. I would NEVER attempt a BIOS update on a computer that might crash at any time.
