Hi lappy keeps swqitching off by itself

Hello,
i have an acer lappy n i keeps switching off by itself regularly if i used it for 6 -8hrs but lesser than that its fine.i've done formatting but its still switching off.Is it because of overheating,if it is pls give hint how to mend it

Hi there,

Exactly friend its due to overheating,you need to clean the heatsink specially the part where the fan is found should be free to let air circulation ,also you can use a laptop usb cooler pad.
