Dull Display

Hello,

I use Hp Presario C700 model Notebook. If some time it displays a dull display in the screen. I given to the service center(HP), they tell no problem in your notebook. What is the problem? How can i rectify?

Hi there,

Can you send a screen shot of it or any picture similar to it ,it may be a recent software installed on it making conflicts.
