BAD REQUEST : HTTP ERROR 400 Closed

Question

Hey, 
For the last two or three weeks, I have been trying to figure out how to fix this HTTP ERROR 400.  But every time I do what some websites say, and I try to get on either Myspace.com or Microsoft.com, I still get the same thing over and over.  Do you have any good ideas about how to fix this, and I really mean ideas that really work.

Dear Shaq17, 

There might be a possibility that these particular sites have been blocked. You could confirm the issue by accessing to them through an online proxy or by using an alternative browser.
