I would like to write a macro that will insert a certain name into a cell depending on what number is in the cell beside it. There are about 20 different possibilities.

The reason that I would like to use a macro for this is that I have to do it for a lot of different spreadsheets.

I suggest you CREATE a macro and then edit it. if there is problem in editing post the macro to this newsgsroup
