Help with toshiba HD

I Recently bought a toshiba HDDR320E03X, I tried to install it with no luck, it does not show up in any of my 4 usb ports with a single cable or a double usb cable, the light shows up on the hard drive and it is humming or running but does not show up anywhere on my pc. I check in disk management under my computer, not there either. All usb's are working, tested them individually, I am running XP o.s.?

Hi there,

You will have to install driver for it on your system if still same then return it to the seller and request for replacement or a refund.Also check it on another computer to confirm if the issue is with your pc or the device.
