Usb flash drive

i have a 128 gb usb
when i open my usb it says please insert the disk drive
and when i check the space it shows 0 bytes left and 0 bytes used
and i cant even format the usb

Dear Ameer,

Please get to the Device Manager and consider updating its driver.
