Impressive if I may say!
A virus that created that many files must be a worm. This calls for heavy artillery with antibiotic filled shells.
Please, download ComboFix:
http://www.combofix.org/download.php
Before you run:
1. Turn off your modem.
2. Close all other applications
3. If you succeeded in reinstalling your antivirus, please disable it.
Run ComboFix, at the end you will have a log which I would much appreciate if you paste it here.
You will no doubt be requested to reboot your system.
