Catastrophic Failure 0x8000ffff IE

Hi

I am getting catastrophic failure 0x8000ffff while accessing the Outlook Webmail Access.
When I try to forward or reply the mails OWA.
I tried upgrading from IE6 to IE7, intially it worked then same error. I tried my friends OWA, it is working fine.
The OS is Windows Xp with Serivce Pack 3.
