I am having alot of problems with internet explorer. I can not download anything from the internet, I cannot upload documents to websites, I cannot access my internet tools, I cannot get some information from websites I am assuming because of poip up blocker being activated but like I said before I cannot get to my internet tools to change, I can not copy any words when right clicking and selecting. I tried going to start run and sfc/scannow and it scans my computer and then when its don it does nothing. I then restrted and still had the same problems. I want to restore by reloading windows but I do not have a windows disk and cannot aford to buy one. Some one please help!
