How to fix HTTP 404 error

Hi,

I'm having a problem in internet explorer 7.0...When i open www.google.com, it pop out HTTP 404...but my Window Live Messenger , Skype and others program can sign in....

I got try many solution that changing IP for internet setting or give the IP automatically or using other search engine program...but still can't fix my problem...

The link is probably temporary broken try cleaning out your cache in your browser....
