Memory card problum

i have a china iphone 32gb dual sim. when i insert memory card in to fhone its not detectd,
phone no shows pics and songs even dont show the signe of memory card. what can i do now. plz help me.

Hi there,

Be sure that you can use memory card in it or its just a slot available,also if there is any password on memory remove t then plug to mobile.
