Sims3 Pc - Auto shut off!

my problem with sims3 is worst! whenever i play about 5 to 15 mins it will black out and the sim will auto quit the game!! if i download again and it still the same i'm going to report to the shop that sell me the game and ask the person give back the 50 dollar!!

Is the pc shut off or restarted?is the cpu hot?Please provide other related information with the issue.
