Gprs not working in micromax Q3Solved/Closed

Question

I am unable to do GPRS settings on my aircel(Micromax Q3) mobile.I have send SMS twice & talk to customer care 15-20 times.They also have told me diff methods including manual settings but it failed.How I can use GPRS as 11 days have been already passed or should i TRY for new alternate.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

yaar , koi tension nahi.
First of all, activate gprs settings on Q3, then go to
Fun & Games >java seetings>1. select sim ( accordin to sim slot in which  
                                                    aircel sim is there)
                                                2. java sim pofile ( accordin to sim slot in which  
                                                    aircel sim is there)
