Help Plz ! my msn

Im trying to go in my msn but when i try to login it gose to troubleshoot and somethin about a key prot i think its my firewall but i have no clue where to go to fix the firewall and even how to trun it off i really need help cuse plzz tell how to find it and trun it off so can login my msn ty:)

Hi there,

Follow these steps to add msn to firewall exception list:

Open control panel>firewall>exceptions?add programs,search for wlm,add it,press on apply.
