I also had d same problem in my laptop.
my graphics option lost when i was scanning my computer.
I think the virus ate it.

Hello,
It sounds like drivers have reset on his laptop typical of vista. You have two options which might resolve that issue. One is to to run autoupdate for vista which will try to search for the drivers you require. Alternatively you can go to your driver website and form there download the latest driver for it.
