Free dowloads for Drivers for DVD/RW/DISC Closed

Hi 
I have Toshiba L300 Intel Celeron laptop with Windows XP. It has been formatted because of the virus. How can I get free-downloads for DVD/RW/DISC drivers for installation? the software I have is no longer working.

During windows installation drivers are installed automatically as you made use of it for installation?right?Or you want a writer driver?
