Not able to install Window live messenger Closed

Question

currently using Window 7 home premium
after i downloaded the msn setup, and i run it. It stuck at 0% even after 30min.
any idea what to do with it?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Uninstall and reinstall the application to fix it ,feel free to revert back if same issue.
