Hello,
I've got an brand new HP desktop with Windows Vista Home Premium.
This is very irritating: Like every single 15 minutes the computer just shuts off by itselfs. I didn't click at anything it does just shuts off. Some days ago my computer could be turned on for like hours until i shuts it of by myself but now it's like every day. Please tell me why :(

just verify something inside whether the cpu fan is working properly because this is often the cause of these kinds of errors.

when the cpu gets heated up and no cooling is there the pc will shut down by ifself to avoid damage to to the cpu and if its still hot it wont power on.

if you are not sure of how to check that then just seek the help of an IT technician
