Video Problem

I copied a video from my LGTU720 cellphone to my windows 7 Home Premium HP laptop.When i played it, i didnt hear any sound at all!Could you tell me what the problem is?

This problem should be coming from the fact is not in a compatible format that is supported on the specific mobile phone. You should convert it in the right supported format.
