Password starting

when i start my windowsxp a panal will appear on the scren telling.a problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the licens for the computer.error code ox80070002.pls tell me what to do to solve this problem.and i don,t know what the password.and by the way what they mean by stick keys?thanks for your help
