Urgent screen VGA Blue

ok i hooked the laptop up and i fix the screen resolution and now the annoying part the screen show the wallpaper but the color is blue so i was hoping someone may know what i can do to fix this, oh and i have a hp laptop and it is running windows 7. yeah the walppaper is the same but has a blue tint to it

Hi there,

Please give more information,you mean you hooked an external monitor to it an on second display which you are having the blue wallpaper?
