Problem with pc suite

hi ,

i am unable to connect my karbonn k 10 mobile to internet via pc. I have pc suite downloaded from kabonn site, but still my phone is not recognised by the suite. i even installed the usb drivers, but still the problem persists. . pls help

Please consider checking whether the specific application that you are using is compatible to your system.

thanks sir,

My system is 100 % compatible with the application. I have 1gb ram, core 2 duo processor n win xp.
