Problem with pc suite Closed

hi ,
 
  i am unable to connect my karbonn k 10 mobile to internet via pc. I have pc suite downloaded from kabonn site, but still my phone is not recognised by the suite. i even installed the usb drivers, but still the problem persists. .  pls help

Configuration: Windows xp,Internet Explorer 7.0
