hello! i have a china iphone a1241.. but i cannot connect to the internet..why? what should i do?

man,

iphone a1241Califonia- assembled in china writtened. i want to get connected with i-net via gprs setting which is uneasy to set mannuely help. no online gprs setting is come to my phone from Airtel server.
