Ethernet controller and etc.

I honestly dont know what happened to my computer but I had to reboot windows xp home edition to my dell optiplex 360 computer. When I did this, I noticed I was missing an ethernet controller, sound controller, and a video controller. I know I can download controllers but I dont know how or where? I dont know much about computers so please help me.
