I cant open youtube

hi every one . iam from libya and it seems that the youtube had louked and we cant open it but i have some freinds they told me that they can . they dont know how . and they can open it with out any programes doese any one know how i could open the youtube in libya and thAnxxxxxxx<3

se my friend i can help you its simple go to my3 network] place then click on properties then chose the network that your are using to. properties that network and then chose internet ip4.and write in4.4.8.8 second one 8.8.8.8 and enjoy one more thing in /contents/wimax/wima it does not work only in Wimax and] have a nice day FRIEND!
