Folder Encryption - Unlock FolderClosed

Question

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

I keep getting this popup when my PC starts up... it says Folder Encryption - Unlock folder, and then it says "To unlock your encrypted folder, enter password"... but I never set up a folder to lock and I have no idea what program could even lock a folder.... this is annoying because even when you try to close it, it keeps popping up and won't close for good... any ideas?

Dear Sir, 

Check in your Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel whether there is any unwanted software or still carry out a system restore to get the system back to normal.
