Trouble with excel columns match

Here is my problem, I have a defined set of numbers in one column. I have another column with variable numbers, some of which may match numbers from Column #1. I am trying to search column #2 to see if any of the numbers match. If they do match I would like to highlight them green, or at least mark them as "Yes" or "Good". Can someone help? I have tried a variety of formulas including VLOOKUP and MATCH, but they are not working how I would like them to. Thank you.

How you have used VLOOKUP. Can you share your vlookup formula
