Facebook code not coming through

Please help. i have checked in my emails everywhere but no email from facebook is coming through. I cant remember my password so i asked for a new one. my code to reset it hasnt come through just like the rest of the emails. PLEASE HELP!

Please contact the Facebook Support and explain the trouble that you are having but before that confirm that the specific mail that you are waiting for is not in your spam box.
