i just got a new laptop, and when i try to connect to msn it doesnt work and so i have to troubleshoot it and then i get all the ticks but it used to say a error code but now it doesnt it just doesnt work at all.
i used to go on msn on my computer until it said i had to download the new one and when i tryed to it wouldnt let me. so i just went on my phone. i troubleshoot it all the time and fix all the problems but nothing seems to help :( please help .
There might be some missing or corrupted files that are causing this particular trouble to the application and hence it will be recommended to uninstall it and reinstall it correctly.
