Though PS1 games are not so heavy, they still robbing memory. They remains lots of memory, and Vista does too. The reason for this is simple: in the console the memory must be renewed every time, but in the pc there is no need to this (seeing the lot of memory it has, normally 1gib or 2gib), so the game uses the memory with no worries. Windows Vista does it too, so what's happening it's a complain of both for memory, causing crashes in the game or his fail on running.
