Unable to get my password

hi ive just got a new laptop with windows 7 which i made an account an administrator and another account for my younger brother which is a standard user. I forgot my and we are limited to only a few things on the 'standard user account'.
is there any way that i could change my password on the admin account or anyway i can make a new admin account, a way that i can change the 'standard user account' to an admin or any other way?

If you had another admin account then it was possible but right now you can only reset it,instructions and needed software will be provided on link below:
