Having problem with welcome screen on my pc

i tried to reboot my computer and after that i see the welcome screen, i just have one account in it but i did not put any password, so the problem is when i click the account name, nothing happen, i tried to put it on safe mode but its still the same thing...so i need someboday to help me in this kind of problem!
