my micro sd card not working in computer Closed

i have a new  2gb Micro SD card along with a usb adapter. However when I plug it in to my usb port my computer doesn't recognize it. It says that nothing is in the port. and the same card i m using in my mobile also its working on that and I have no idea what to do. please help. Thank you!

Hi there,

Simple solution ,that is remove password from the memory card in your mobile phone then connect to pc and will get detected,

Please consider trying another USB port for the fact there might be a problem with the specific USB port.
