My transcent T.Sonic 850 is not being detecti

Hello,

My transcent T.Sonic 850 is not being detecting my Desktop and laptop. I tried 2 or 3 differnt machine . Everywhere it is showing "Device cannot identify Doing Illegal operation". I tried to connect Linux os, There also it is not detecting. CAn you please find a solution for this.

hi m also havng d same problem............i tried another pc another usb but no access.....plz let me knw the answrrrrrrrrrrr
