Problem on my loptop

Hello,

i have a acer aspire i3680 the sound driver is working properly but no sound comming out on my loptop. can you help me what should i do, i tire to install the audio driver but it still it dosent work

please help

Go to "Disc Drive Problems" discussions on this forum. I'm sure you'll find your answer there.

i just want to format my dell loptop...how can i format my loptop...pls..give me the procedure or give the guide if what is my first step to format

Also check in the Device manager whether you need to have the sound driver updated.
