Hello,
downloaded the service pack 3 on windows xp. rebooted and watched as it went through correcting minor corrupt files and giving them new file names, my laptop then rebooted and a blue screen stating.

"" STOP: c0000135 {Unable to locate Component}
this application has failed to start because USER32.dII was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.""

how do i solve this problem, i would be happy to reboot back to scratch however my packard bell laptop came preloaded with the software and i have no discs.

would an other disc from my desk top work??

please help!!!!
