How to change my partetion structure

Hello,
i need to change my stucture of my disks, i have C and D and E. i want to make them only C and D and to change there sizes, if you please tell me how can i do it. and i need to format all the disks so how can i make all my disk size drives which is 160GB into drive C= 100Gb and drive D=60Gb

Buy a product called Partition Commander it can do this job.
