DVD Drive Not Reading Discs

I have a Compaq Presario PC running Vista HP, The DVD drive does not read the disc, the light comes on, you can hear it spin but then stops.

I have had a problem window pop up something about a file called impgd10.ax

Can anyone help please.

Dear Sir,

The problem is actually coming from its lens. Please consider cleaning up the lens to see whether it gets recognized.
