Value from a formula cell

I am trying to get the result/value for a cell that contains a formula into a blank cell, so I can then take that value only and link to an additional cell. it is currently pull the previous formula into my new formula.

Not sure what is the issue. Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee.
